In 2010, the people of Brighton Pavilion said ‘No’ to politics as usual and elected Caroline Lucas to represent them in Parliament.
A passionate campaigner for the environment, social justice and human rights, Caroline has been widely recognised for her parliamentary and constituency work. In 2014 she won MP of the year, for standing up for minority and deprived communities.
As the only Green MP in the UK, it is vital Caroline is re-elected. We need her to be returned to Parliament where she is standing up for a truly public NHS, against tuition fees, and putting forward an alternative to the Coalition’s cruel austerity measures. We need her persistent voice calling for warm, affordable homes and for action to tackle climate change.
We need as many people as possible having face-to-face conversations with the voters of Brighton Pavilion about why it’s great to have a Green MP.
