Former Chancellor, George Osborne, goes into a TV studio and keeps repeating the words “balanced” and “sensible” in random sentences.

Andrew Marr tells George Osborne, former Chancellor,  where the Tories are going to find the £8 billion to fund the NHS.

To Osborne’s surprise it’s going to come from cuts to the police, the armed forces, education cuts, and cuts to other services.

Osborne was surprised by Andrew Marr’s explanation as he hadn’t a bloody clue where the money was coming from, he’d just been told he had to go into a studio and keep repeating the words “balanced” and “sensible”.
