Big Turnout Expected at #Yarl’sWood Protest this Saturday, 7th Nov

Yarls Wood 2The Yarl’s Wood protest this coming Saturday, 7th November, looks like being the biggest yet. Coaches are travelling from all over the UK and the reservation of seats is a good indicator of a high turnout.

The publicity and momentum generated by the organisers, Movement For Justice’s, has created pressure on the Home Office, and even local Tory MP Richard Fuller spoke at the last protest.

Local Green Party members and supporters will be there.

Before that, on Saturday morning they will be in Bedford Town centre, after which some of them will leave to support the protest at Yarl’s Wood.

If you’re in town say hello at the Green Party stall, and if you can, join us at the Yarl’s Wood Detention Centre to support Movement For Justice’s campaign.

The protest is scheduled to start at 1-30 but make sure you get there early.
