A Brexit fit for wildlife? | Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire

Nature does not recognise national borders. Species, particularly migrating birds, will travel across borders. Pollution is carried around the globe by the atmosphere. Environmental protection is an international issue.

We may take back control of our borders but nature will not obey our laws. But nature may suffer as a consequence of our laws or lack of them. Certain things must stay protected, for all our sakes, whether we are in or out of the EU.
