​’I have no regrets’: Kempston protester guilty of nuclear blockade attempt | Bedfordshire News

Colleague and friend, Alison, sent a powerful message to the arms dealers and the authorities when she lay down in the road as part of a blockade against nuclear arms.

Last week she upheld her principled stand against the weapons of mass destruction in a court of law. She received a six month conditional discharge.

All of us are proud of Alison’s bravery in fighting for a safer world on our behalf.
